I listened to the audiobook of Bella Mackie’s memoir while running, which was particularly motivating.

Taking us through how starting to run helped her come to grips with her anxiety disorder as well as improve her physical health, Mackie is honest and inspiring.

It was at times a little repetitive, but for me that kind of worked given that I was listening while running myself. Moreover, it seems that part of the rhythmic nature of running is what helped her to use it as a structure to feeling better. I think you’d be hard pressed to read this and not be tempted to dig out your running shoes and get moving.
